- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Cost
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution at no cost to you. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Change of Mind: In this case, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item:
- Return the original product.
- Place a new order after your return is accepted.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
