  • Transit Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri), depending on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items missing packaging or tags are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. We will send a return shipping label (when applicable) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags.
  4. Ship it back using the provided label.
  5. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping: Free return shipping is provided only for defective or incorrect items. For change of mind, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
